Greeting from the Chair
This year we have begun a new initiative to connect with those whose education has been cultivated, nurtured and commended here at Colorado State University. Through enhanced communication, and unprecedented programs and events, our mission is to connect with you – CSU Department of Music, Theatre and Dance alumni (majors and non-majors). We anticipate catching up on your accomplishments, as well as sharing our tremendous news. Whether you are near or far, your relationship with your alma mater is important to us.
The department also recognizes that many friends have helped build our program. As a force that strengthened the educational foundation for CSU students, our “Friends of the UCA” have a critical role in the development and advancement of our school, and to recognize your continued support, we are now offering exclusive benefits and events in this area.
I hope to see you here in Fort Collins during Homecoming and Family Weekend in October. This is a great chance to catch up with old friends, visit the new University Center for the Arts, and to enjoy first-class special performances.
We would be happy to answer any questions you have, or respond to your feedback at friendsoftheuca@colostate.edu.
We are thrilled to inform you about the inspirational events and opportunities listed throughout this website, and please join us in thanking our sponsors. Thank you for making the School of the Arts at CSU a leading school in music, theatre, dance and art education.
Sincerely,
Dr. Todd Queen
Co–Director, School of the Arts
